Music in the park is back for another year inside the Bannerman Community Fridays 7pm to 8:30pm. Come out and listen to local musicians for free. There will Pop, Water and snacks available for purchase and 50/50 tickets sold to help defray the cost of the event.

July 12th, 26, August 9 and 23rd -rotating outdoor activities on the 20th street Green space
On July 12th, 26, August 9 and 23rd, from 2- 4pm, along the green space on 20th Street we’ll be having rotating outdoor activities.
Activities will include games, bingo/trivia, the ice cream cart and local artist performances! We also encourage you to bring your outdoor chairs, blankets and mosquito spray.
Our river valley is an amazing resource to have so close by. What better way to appreciate it by spending the day in North Hermitage Park!
Note: These events will be weather dependent.

Each day of the week you will get active and experience a variety of crafts, games, sports, and free play! This program is targeted for children aged 6-12, but all children accompanied by an adult are welcome to attend. Poster
June 29-End of Oct – Victoria Trail Construction
City of Edmonton will begin construction on Victoria Trail, from 153 Avenue to Yellowhead Trail, starting the week of June 29. Work is expected to be complete by the end of October 2026. Construction includes concrete work (including sidewalk, curb, gutter and curb ramp restoration), milling the existing asphalt, repaving the roadway, guardrail installation and landscaping
August 21-22 Volunteers required for Bannerman Casino
Volunteers required for Bannerman Casino on August 21 and 22 at the Century Casino on Fort Road. he revenue from this helps fund events, building maintenance, grounds/rink upkeep and many other things. The casino is only every two years and brings in upwards of $75,000.00 for the community league.

Walking Group
Walking Group that you can be a part of. They walk Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 – 9:30am. The meet up point is at the top of the stairs on 20 street. They walk all winter.
